David's Story
The details of my life are quite inconsequential. But seriously, I now teach 5th grade in Spotsylvania County, Virginia. I retired from the Coast Guard after nearly 26 years of service. The last 6 years were spent at CG Headquarters in Washington, DC. I spent all but 18 months in aviation and logged over 4000 hours flying, mostly in helicopters. I have ...Expand for more
two great kids...ok, one great kid (sr. in college) and one pain in the butt kid (freshman in HS)! Both are talented musicians. I waited until '94 to attend college and earned a BA in HR in '96. A masters in education followed in '06. I'm in the process of writing 4 books. All are at various stages of completion...we'll see if any of them get published!
