David's Story
After graduation from East High, I went to the University of Illinois and graduated in 1974 with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. The job market was pretty bad and so I continued on at U of I and got my M.S. in Electrical Engineering in 1975. I went to Maryland where I am still. cipline for 40 years. I worked for Comsat Labs and Hughes Network Systems from 1978 - 2018.. I’m retired now but still consult in satellite communications and volunteer with Habitat for Humanity and Brethren Disaster Ministries.
My wife Judy and I have been married for 42 years and have 9 grandchildren and recently a great grandchild.
