Life After Vailsburg High School
70-71: Lincoln Memorial University(almost as borring as Vailsburg was)
71-73:Israel;Worked on kibbutzums(3)as volunteer.Preformed various jobs from working in fields,livestock,kitchen,laundry,sanitary maintenance,factory work...about a 11 jobs in all.
73-:Lived and worked in Akron,Ohio to save-up some money to travel.
73-75:Europe;backpacked europe for 16 months.Worked in Norway(dishwasher at a famous restaurant;Frogrerseteren)for 3 months.Lived on the Canary Islands(Gomara) for 6wks.Also travelled to Greece,Turkey and Morocco.
75-79:N.J.;worked during the day(electrical)and school at night(4yrs)

79-82:U.S.Peace Corps;Sierra Leone,West Africa.

sion Agent.Initiated and instructed farmers in developing their inland valley swamps by using modern cultural practices to further their rice production.
Secondary Project:Development and completion of two,one story,three room classroom school buildings, through the American Embassy Self-help Fund.After my first year, travelled to Senegal,Gambia and what use to be called Mali.After 2.5yrs left Sierra Leone and went to Kenya(6wks)Egypt(4wks)Europe and then U.S.A.(one week short of 3yrs)
82(end of)-Present:Moved to Colorado.More school;electronics,fiber optics,etc.Worked for big companies(Medtronic,9.5yrs)and small companies(who cares!!)mostly in manufacturing/production.
Friends and relationships come and go.Some last for years and some disappear like smoke.Life is a trip.The journey continues....
