David's Story
Life
How do you describe your life in 2000 characters...well, here goes.
After I left Alhambra High I joined the Navy where I served 4 years as a Musician, most of the time in San Diego, where I have put down roots. I got married in 1966 and had a son.
When I left the Navy I started in the field of computers. My first computer system was the size of one of the "Temporary" buildings at AHS and couldn't do half of what you can do with a Palm Pilot now. In the 70's I went back to school got an AA from San Diego City and a BBA from National University. Got divorced in 1975...Expand for more
and remarried in 1976, and have been happily married for over 25 years. I have continued in the computer industry and have enjoyed my work as a software engineer. We travelled to Australia last fall to attend a family reunion, and my wife and I enjoy traveling around the country in our motorhome. I have lost contact with almost all of my old friends and sometimes wish I could bet in touch with some of them. I plan to attend the Class of '62 reunion next year. That's about it. Hope to hear from some of you.
