David's Story
Life
The short version:
After I graduated from Mira Loma in 1974, I attended college at The University of Texas in Austin. I was married for a brief time (2.5 yrs.) at the end of this time but it did not work out. I then attended Baylor College of Medicine in Houston and completed residency programs in general surgery and plastic. During medical school I met my wife, Rebecca. We were in the same class. She trained as an Ob/Gyn. We have remained here in Houston in the private practice of our specialties and have had two girls along the way who are now 13 and 17 years old. er. We enjoy sailing, traveling, and reading. I am still very into guitar and have played in a number of bands along the way.
Since we both are in private, solo, practices, it's a cinch that we are not planning on moving any time real soon. We do, however, dream of eventually getting ourselves a nice sailboat and sailing around the world!
I haven't really spoken with anyone from Mira Loma since about 1979 and it would be pretty cool to hear from someone. Most people I know seem to still have friends from high school, but unfortunately I have lost touch. If you remember me, please drop me a line, I'd love to hear from you.
