David McGuffey:  

Life David L. McGuffey limits his law practice to Elder Law, which means he helps Elders and their caregivers. Said another way, he helps the Elderly find, get and pay for good health care and he helps adult children take care of their parents. David is Certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation and as an Elder Law Specialist by the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization. He was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1993, the Tennessee Bar in 2000 and the Michigan Bar in 2003. Other Bar admissions include: the (U.S.) Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals in 1995, the (U.S.) Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in 2002, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and the U.S. District Court for Eastern District of Tennessee.
