Stern view...three sides left to stitch. I'm glad...each side takes about an 1 1/2 hours to stitch. Step after that, tightening stitches, truing boat...then Epoxy seal joints...then...a very long hot shower.
#3 starboard stitched...at 17 feet, boat too long to fit in one shot.

This is my homemade transom tightener. In lieu of an extra set of hands, I drilled a transom wire holder...used an inter-laced bolt to turn and tighten the wire closing the lower lt. and rt. sides to fit snug on the transo
