Graduated in 1969.
Graduated from Indian River Junior College and the University of West Florida, and received Masters Degree from Troy State (Alabama).
Retired from the Escambia County School District (35 years) as Academic Dean of Students. Retired 2008.
Married to Carol Sue Harrison Phillips (43 years).

Four grandchildren: Sierra, Hunter, Taylor, PJ and one step grandson, Dylan Jobst.
Two dogs, Diamond and Lily and two cats Puss Puss and Snickers.
Active in golf, bridge, traveling, and still love track and football and baseball and golf and all sports! REALLY!
Have become quite the world traveller.
