David's Story

My friends should remember how dedicated I am. I know it seemed like, since I was in the Martial Arts, that I always acted like a hard ass. But, I just got along with everybody. I always wanted to be a Policeman when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a good idea. As it turns out, they were right, but its kind of was to late for me.....Jack of all Trades, Master of none.. I will work out on the heavy bag. I have to try and get back my girlee figure....haha Relax....who has time to relax. I have six kids. Always something to freak out about, especially with teenagers. The wildest thing.....Wow! I don't know???? I guess I did alot of wierd things. Skipped school alot to take the guys down to the Dojan and work out, Fleetham caught me walking down town. Boy was I stupid and bold. If I'm going to work somewhere, I need to have experience, know-how, and patience to be able to deal with the day-to-day. My hero's are my Mom and Dad. I don't know how they did it. Its hard being an adult and being a father. When I was in the Army I lived in Georgia, North Carolina, Kentucky, and Saudi Arabia or Iraq....(yuck to the last 2). Loved North Carolina!!! The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is Reggie Smith, because he was my best bud in 6th Grade. He was only there a year, but we had alot of good times. Friends come and they go.. I love Baseball. The Tigers have been up and now kind of just sitting there and being lame. I also love watching the Braves. My biggest supprise in life. Wow...thats a biggie. I never thought I would be where I am now, but I'm sure everybody feels that way. Can't believe how my life has been blessed with all of my kids. Its a great life. And last but not least... Having the chance to experience so much with my military brothers and serve in a war with such great guys. If I could improve my home, I'd remodel the whole thing and add on a couple rooms. My dream home would be what I have, but just redone a bit. What have I learned from my kids.....? That my parents were totally rig...Expand for more
ht, and I have fallen right into place and doing what my parents did. Also, no kid is the same. They all have there own thoughts and inspirations. Which teacher would you love to see again? Why? Mr. Lunger. I know he's gone now, but I thought he was the most inpiring guy, and I looked up to him big time. If I won $100 million, I'd give %'s of it to my family, then spend the rest on my kids education, invest and charity. To be truly happy, you would be where, doing what, with whom? I am very Happy and wouldn't expect to change anything. My current age is 37. When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would be farting dust. I was so completely right....lol. Just joking... What happened to your first crush? I had crushes, but my first I can really remember was with Sarah Sigmon. I was so new at it...we walked to classes together and just talked. If I knew then what I know now, I would have been in serious trouble.hehe My best friend would tell you I'm crazy, but people who don't know me very well would probably describe me as quite. You get one do-over. What do you do differently? My Career, I just don't think that I'm happy with what is going on, but I am feeding and clothing my family. What about you would surprise everyone at your high school reunion?I'm no different, other than heavier. I just might have some scars from lifes experiences. My first job was at my dad's business, where I got paid $3.50 to weld. What I remember most about it is How hot it was. It was out in our shop behind the house. Summers were hell.. Share a childhood memory you'll never forget. I know that when I was younger I would hang out with the guys that later became the jocks of the class. I wanted badly to do sports. I went to the first introductions in JR. and High school, but never went through with it. I would never take back the chance of learning my Martial Arts though. And, there are girls that I should have asked out on dates and never had the balls to do it....what a lamo... Its to late now. Prom...never made it and really regret it now.
