Dave's Story
School
High school was hectic.
I attended four separate high schools. First in Fairborn, Ohio (where the Junior High was three years 7-9 and the High School was three 10-12).
I went to Five Points Junior High for 8th and 9th grades and then 10th grade at Fairborn Senior High.
Then my family moved to Albuquerque NM and attended most of my junior year (Fall '66) at Sandia HS.
We moved again the beginning of '67 this time to San Antonio TX and I finished high school at John Marshall HS in NW San Antonio.
Workplace

n Austin, TX, first as a computer operator, then as a software programmer/manager.
In 1977, I moved to St. Louis, MO, still a software programmer/manager. Left SWBT in 1993 after 23 years to work as an independent software consultant.
Between 1993 and 2003, worked on various projects in different cities. The biggest was Iridium, the satellite phone system started by Motorola. Started on it in St. Louis late in 1994 and then moved to Phoenix (Chandler) AZ, in 1997.
In Jan 2003, started working as a software engineer for the Boeing Company ... still working on Iridium. :-)
