David's Story
Life
I have lived in Washington, D.C. for 21 years and work at the United States Environmental Protection Agency (U.S.EPA). I enjoy my job tremendously as an Outreach and Recruitment Manager. I am the EPA's National Program Manager for the White House Hispanic Initiatives based on Executive Order 13171. This is specifically an E.O. for the outreach and recruitment of top qualified professional Hispanics.

Furthermore, I am still a diehard fan of the Dallas Cowboys in Washington Redskin Country. I CAN'T stand the Redskins and most of their fans!
