and is listed in various Who's Who compilations. Dr. Pepper resides with his lovely wife, Denise, and their wonderful canine companions. My life has been very interesting, challenging and replete with fond memories of people, experiences and enlightenment. I value my dear wife and friends as jewels in my life. I have experienced many exciting moments (at least for me), from performing experiments in front of my classmates in the 5th grade, to running searchlights as a teenager, to amateur radio and hidden transmitter hunts, to studying physics at UCLA (BS) and Caltech (MS, PhD), to reveling in scientific research at the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center as an undergrad, to performing applied physics research at a world class research lab (HRL Labs in Malibu) as a laser physicist, to seeing my name in print on the pages of "Scientific American" as an author, to inventing over 50 patents, to falling in Love, to marrying my B'Sharit and soulmate, Denise, to having the joy of freedom, to having wonderful doggies and kitties around me, to listening to a concert with friends under the stars at the Hollywood Bowl, to traveling around the world as a laser expert to educate students and scientists, to, finally, smelling the roses and taking in as much as I can, using all my senses, to realizing my dreams and passions....
