Dawn's Story
Well, thought I'd catch this up. I just changed job's on June 2, 2008. I am so excited about it.!! I am going to work for the new Springhill Suites that will be opening in Midland around June 30. I worked for another hotel property in Midland for about 12 years. I left there in October of 2006 to go to work every day with my husband at Beard Oil Pipeline Petroleum. I got really tired of sitting at my desk day in and day out selling oil and gas around the country to pipeline companies. Plus with the prices going like they are, I got the hell out!!!!! Cant wait will we open the new hotel. Both our boy's had birthdays this month the oldest turne...Expand for more
d 21 and our baby turned 18. Damn I'm getting old!!! Boys are not married, (better keep it that way for a while anyway) And no, No grandkids either. Thank God. Anyway, still have not left Midland, and never will. The town is still growing and growing. Gotta say I love it here. My husband and I, now married 22 years, try to spend as much time as possable at the lake where we own property. He loves to fish, and the older I get the more I enjoy just laying in the sun and driking my captain and sprite. Well enoug for now. Will try to update and get some pictures on here.
