Dawn's Story

After High School I went to U of I for one whole year and then moved to Florida to kick around in the sunshine for a while. I finally got serious about getting a degree and became a Chemist. After about 10 years in the lab, I decided I really was a "people person" and went into consulting. Now I'm a consultant in Pharmacy Health Care IT. Love it! I had a baby boy in 2005. Aaron Lane and Jodi Butler on occasion. Sharon, Jodi and I went to Key West in 2007 in honor of our high school reunion. We had a blast. We are all planning a trip to Las Vegas this summer. Aaron comes to Kansas City every year for a conference and we have dinner. I'm flying to Washington DC to see Sharon this year (2008). I think it's great that we've been able to keep in touch. I'm proud to tell people that I still visit friends that I've known for over 20 years. It's becoming a rarity for our transient society these days.
