Dawn's Story
My sister, Diane, and I transferred to California from the Chicago area. At my first sock hop, I met Bill Klink and he and I dated throughout high school. My family moved to Sunnyvale, so I had to transfer to Marian Pederson High. After graduation, went to San Jose State for a couple of years. oined the military in 1974 and went to Bangkok, Thailand as the first Army woman to serve there after Viet Nam. Then served at Fort Hood for three painful years and then was forced to go to Camp Humphreys, Korea where I met husband number two, Bill Tabb. After the Army, joined HRB System which eventually became Raytheon. After I retired, started my own business which I do out of my apartment in Westminster, Maryland.
