Dawn's Story

Life Hey everyone!!! Married to MY "coastie" I met durin' the summer between our junior and senior years ... have 3 children ... 2 boys, 19& 17 ... a girl, 13! Ayep ... 3 teenagers!! Where has the time gone?!?!? I'm a tour operator for a company here in Southern New Jersey, customizing motorcoach trips up and down the eastern seaboard primarily for senior citizens ... and LOVE it!! Hope everyone out there are doin' well!! Correction: .... my children are now 20, 18 & 14 .... and I no longer work for the touring company :( but that's life .... I work for a marina here in 'glorious' Cape May, New Jersey ... haven't been back to PH in quite awhile ... did see quite a few changes at the north end the last time I was home .... had to visit the 'ol HS to take pictures ... had to prove to my kids that I was like them and had to go to school heheheheh .. take care everyone!!! 3/17/2005: Kids are now 23,21 & 17 .... guess they're not kids anymore heheheh .... the "baby" is a junior in high school and just bought her first car .... needless to say, she's soooooooooooooo excited!!! My husband retired from the U.S. Coast Guard a year ago. We've FINALLY bought a house out here in New ...Expand for more
Jersey so we could stay in the area to allow our daughter to graduate from the same school as her brothers. In May of this year, my husband and I will be married for 25 years!!! 10/14/2008 .... Okay ... our "heroes" are now 27, 25 and 21 .... PHEW!!!! How time flies!!! And it's still fun to be together!! We have 2 cats, Mercedes and Booger, and a dalmatian, Miss Courtney C ... Animals. Can't live with 'em. Can't live without 'em!! hehehehe .... Well, we are still livin' it up in Cape May, New Jersey .... Get in touch!!! 3/13/2010 ... This May, my husband and I will be married for 30 years!!! 30 YEARS!!! and our kids have grown a year since my last update ... boys, 28 & 26 and our daughter is 22 ... Sad to say, tho, that we are down to our 2 cats, Mercedes and Booger ... Our dalmatian, Miss Courtney C, needed to be free of suffering ... she fulfilled our expectations throughout her 15 years with us ... we felt the need to see to it that she suffered no more .. it's only been a week and it hurts enormously (and always will) but we feel we did the right thing and it was for the best. We are still in Cape May, New Jersey!! Have a GREAT time wherever you are! Take care!
