Life I moved to Phoenix in 1978 with my husband and 2 sons. Our one son lives in St. Louis with his wife and daughter Our grandson lives in Alabama with his wife and 3 kids. Our other son lives here in Phoenix with his wife and son. They are the joys of our lives. This year, 2021, my husband and I will be celebrating our 55 wedding anniversary. We are so blessed. I was a hairdresser for a few years right out of high school, then worked as a dental assistant for a few years before starting a family. I retired May, 2007 from driving a school bus here for 27 years. The last 17, driving for special needs. I loved it. I then worked in the office 3 days a week and finally retired in 2008. All of my family moved out here, but I still have good friends and my husbands family back there. I get back to to the North Shore about once every year or two, and love just driving by New Trier.
