I have completed a 180 in my life, since high school with consideration to lifestyle and life choices!!! I own and operate my own Durable Medical Equipment (dme) Company, ACCURATE MOBILITY, INC., in Tucson that I have built from its conception. My 24 year old daughter, Trista works for me and will take over when I am ready to retire! I am a total perfectionist and a total workaholic and a two time Cancer survivor! What a combination!! But I try to "play" as hard as I work! For those of you who don't know, I left home as a young teen, following running away from home from the time I was about 7....but I finished school, even though I spent the bulk of my teen years stealing cars, doing drugs, and doing everything I could to hurt myself! For some it takes a little longer for that "LIGHT BULB" to come on, you know.....that "BAM", using your crummy childhood as an excuse to be a complete waste of skin! My light bulb was dim for quite a few years! LOL My Uncle Paul in my life growing up....and the birth of my daughter at 20 SAVED MY LIFE. I now know, she was part of my purpose....I was born to be her mom!! My daughter, Trista almost died at birth....as did I, which is the ONLY reason I have only one child....they said I would never be able to carry another child....I tried.......he died! Maybe that was my KARMA....my Uncle Paul would say, "NO"... I know that ALL my life experiences have created who I am today, warm, caring, loving, giving, loyal to the end, generous, never bitter, never wishing for more, a feeling of being abundantly blessed and ABOVE ALL GRATEFUL for ALL those experiences!!! I don't do drugs........anymore! And after 27 years, I quit smoking over 4 years ago! I figured having Cancer, followed by a couple rounds of radiation was plenty A positive outcome of going through cancer and radiation, other than the obvious....life, clarity and an overwhelming urge to right old wrongs, ...curly hair....WHO KNEW it would grow back curly from stick straight! BONUS! Regardless of a number of much needed and positive changes in my life...I am now and will forever be a TEQUILA GIRL I cannot possible be expected to give up EVERYTHING...ri...Expand for more
