Well after graduating, Don Sloan and I headed to New Mexico for 2 years. We had two wonderful kids Dannielle, and Donald Jr. After a two year tour we left New Mexico and head to Guam, I joined the service, Don got out, and we divorced. Two years later I remarried to another military man Danny, and Don went on to marry classmate Connie Johnson. Danny and I had two more kids to join the family Joshua and Amy, then we headed back state side to New Mexico. After a 4 year hitch and the 4 kids Danny said I needed to be a mother not a soldier. (to this day it is a choice I disagree with I wanted both). But I got out and we were then transfered to Mississippi. After 2 years there he was off to Alaska for a year, I back to the Maryvale area, where Dannielle and Donald would attend John F Long School. (I had attended Powell school across the street). After a year there we headed to Tuscon for 6 years with all 4 kids in tow. Dannielle was ill, Kidney failure and October 9th 1990 her and I went into surgey where I once again gave her life by donating my kidney. We left Tucson in 92 and headed to Anchorage Alaska. After a year we were then transfered back to Luke AFB in Glendale. Danny decided it was time for us to stop moving so the decision was made for him to retire.
