Dean's Story
I graduated from WSU in 1977 with a Bachelors Degree in Landscape Achitecture. The summer of 1977 I started a Landscape design and construction business in the Tri Cities, Cathy and I married in 1979, Our first was born on Jan. 9th, 1981, Michael, Rachael was born 2 years later on Jan. 10th.1983. on Ohaughen of the 2005 Pittsberg Steelers. Served as a Commissioner to the Parks and Recreation Dept for the city of Richland for 6 years, rewriting many of the downtown minimum perimeter landscape requirements. We were foster parents at Bailie Memorial Youth Ranch about 12 miles south of Othello Wa. from 98 to 03. As foster parents we enjoy helping young people make positive changes and wise choices as well as having fun and working together.
