Dean's Story
After graduation from Tom C CLark (1982) I joined the United States Marine Corps as fast as I could. While serving I traveled all over the world many times over. I flew many missions in helicopters, planes, armored vehicles. My training included, desert warfare, mountain warfare, jungle warfare, ocean warfare, urban warfare, nuclear, biological and chemical warfare, night operations among many other exciting skills. ama 89 and Desert Shield/Storm. After 8 years of 16 hour days I moved on. Weeks after coming home I landed a job with USAA and spent 12 years there but with the marine corps still in my blood corporate america was little too corporate. Since then I've been working with the City of san antonio for the past 5 years as a civilian assisting sworn police officers in their duties. I have no children one died at 5 months due to mis carriage back in 88. I'm due to retire in 10 years and will build on my property in Mountain Home Texas.
