Bob Massie:  

After Analy, I got my A.A. from SRJC in 1972, my B.A. from U.C.S.C. in 1979, and my M.A. from Chico State in 1987. I started to work on my PH.D. at U.S.C. but moved from Southern CA. Graduating from the 8th grade (Parkside School) was my biggest educational challenge. When I promoted from the "C" class to the "B" class, my new classmates thought I was mentally delayed, so I began to put some effort into school. Analy was harder than getting through six years of college. I lived in Australia working/teaching. Australia is a great place to ride dirt bikes, horses, shoot guns, scuba dive and snorkel. I also worked on my tennis game at SRJC, and got into fencing at U.C.S.C. Later, at C.S.U.C. I got more into boxing and ballroom dance. I learned how to play volleyball at work.
