School Ridgewood was a time of unbelievable fun and friendships that have continued till this day. I would like to see a yearly picnic take place for all classes as a way for a reunion. I would like to hear from everyone Dean Workplace Time to update my bio. I sold my Hot Dog stand in late 2005. Only to find a huge success in catering. The stand was a hard go of it 4 and a half years. The stand almost started to break even. But not, the writing was on the wall. If all you need was 40 - 60 dollars a day more. Those 40 to 60 dollars a day keep adding up. They eventually come out of your pocket. It all makes for a good tax deduction at the end of the year. But you still spend out of your own pocket. I do not regret any aspect of the stand. I just wished I could of given the stand my undivided attention, but all the while still a tractor trailer driver for UPS my livelihood still demanded 10-11 hours day. The stand was located across the street from my UPS facility in Addison IL. Very convenient. My home away from home. I still consider myself a success. 70 -85 people day coming in telling you have great food. Chicago style hot dogs, fresh cut fries. Choice cut steak sandwiches.
