Deanna's Story
To everyone that looks at this page. Hello.
I had a great time in high school and had I felt like I had the best of friends.
I married my husband in 1984, had our daughter in 1985. I can say that my husband has been truly wonderful to me and gives me just about everything I could wish for.
After our daughter turned 5 and could go to school full time I went to VoTech and earned my Assoc. Degree in Medical Billing and Secretarial. I used is for a while at the City of Wichita. However due to both our parents health I left my job to take care of our parents.
My husband is a retired truck driver. I went to truck driving school in 1998 and went on the road with him and teamed for several years. When my...Expand for more
mom became very suddenly I came home to help her out. She died 2 weeks later. I didn't have the heart to go back to work right away, I tried but I would see something really cool and pick up the phone and dial her # and then realize she wasn't there to share my life anymore. I would then start to cry. The last thing anyone would want is a rig (80,000 lbs) running through the mountains with a lady behind the wheel crying. So I gave it up for a while. Went back on the road in 2006 Thanksgiving 2007 hubby said park the rig he was tired and wanted to enjoy himself for a while (retired). Well that about sums up my life. Like everyone there are up and downs. I will truly say we have had more up than downs.
