Deanna's Story
My husband, Mick, and I live in Indianapolis on the east side of Fishers near Geist Resevoir. No children other than our German Shepherd, Lexie.
After Purdue I went to work in the construction industry, mostly Johnson Controls for 13 years.
While at Johnson Controls I was in a number of positions from Sales, Estimating, Healthcare Business Development and Six Sigma Black Belt.

Ancerra Corporation began in 2005 and we are in year 3 and going strong. (Yeah!) We focus on working with hospitals to educate them on Lean and Six Sigma, help mentor and guide their improvement teams through their learnings and projects, as well as implementating their improved processes.
My job is a lot of fun and I really enjoy what I do! Life is good.
