orking with folks who are doing short sales on their properties - my heart breaks for them as they walk away from homes they've struggled to keep - it's not a fun time, certainly. Funny how I seem to be living an old Billy Joel song - as I'm a real estate novelist! I'd prefer to write "real" novels, but hey, I guess we all have to start somewhere! :)
