Kurt Sheldon who is from Michigan. Between us we have 4 sons, 7 terrific grandchildren, 4 boys and 3 girls. The 4 older grandkids are ages 16, 2 at 14 and 1 at 13. All of them, 3 boys and 1 girl are into sports. So I spend "a lot" of my time sitting in the bleachers! Watching high school football does tend to take you back several years! I was a hold out on Facebook for years but since I joined I have connected with several from school. It is nice to see what they are all doing and to share stories about years ago as well as current happenings. I am thoroughly enjoying connecting to some LHS classmates and hope to hear from more.

Eaton vs Bennett last night. Austin started QB and together the team won 52-19. So happy Garrett was able to be there for him. A new year for sports and we are really looking forward to see what comes next with the grandkid

Kurt and I were very proud to watch Garrett sign his Letter of Intent for Track and Field with the Air Force Academy yesterday. He reports June 26th but admits to practicing saluting already :)

I'm a little late but, Eaton won their Homecoming game against University plus Garrett was elected Homecoming King! Even better, his girlfriend, Emily was Queen! It was a terrific night.
Fantastic show, Disney on Ice is great for all ages!
Starting state wrestling in Denver. Proud of Garrett as he took second in regionals to get here. Long 3 days but fun.
First win 9-1 ...woohoo!
Garrett is done with his high school wrestling career but he has shown himself well. Hw lost his fourth match so now we cheer on his teammates. Good. Job Garrett !
Wow! Won the third! He's now 2 and 1, he advances to tomorrow morning! I guess we won't be fighting the snow home tonight. 😃
