en- Many years ago, in 1999, for our anniversary, my husband told me we were going to Chicago. We flew into the Chicago airport, then he told me to check our tickets. The tickets destinations were London! Yes, I yelled LONDON! as I read it out loud! We boarded and flew to London where we visited Buckingham Palace, Scotland Yard, Florence Nightingale Museum, the Tower of London, Big Ben, etc. After a week, he surprised me again and we road the Eurotrain under the English Channel to Paris, France! We toured the Louvre Museum, Eiffel Tower, The Eternal Flame, and so much more. The best part was finding out he had been saving for 2 years for this trip, and listening to tapes in French prior to the trip. The effort he put into planning this trip was the MOST special part! Definitely a keeper! Isn't that always the way it is- the Journey, not the Destination! The Lord has blessed me in so many ways! He has been by my side in my trials and my successes. Sometimes, I wavered, but He never did!
