Debbie's Story
I only spent my senior year at Madison, but it was an action packed year. I still remember most of the stupid things I did (I'm surprised I'm still alive).
After I graduated, I worked at Harris School for a year and then moved back to Belleville. Shortly thereafter my mother passed away and at 19 I was living out on my own. So, life has been full of up's and downs.
I've worked at the same bank for 30 years (except for a 10 month break when I decided to...Expand for more
own a winery with a couple of friends). Passed on 2 opportunities to get married, loved the guys, just wasn't in love.
So now I'm the big 50 (as I'm sure most of you class of 78'ers are or will be). I love my job and and looking forward to next year when I will be moving into a loft in downtown St. Louis.
I made it to the 10 class reunion, but have missed the rest. Hopefully will know when the next one is to catch up with all you wild and crazy people.
