Debbie's schools include Sandalwood High School. Debbie later attended Saint Johns River Community College. Debbie works(ed) at St. Johns River State College (it is now a State College). Manager of Kay Larkin Apts., also worked as Assistant Mngr at Holly Ridge Apts.

My brother William A. Rowell also attended Sandalwood. He had a lot of friends that he sought out and found, before he succumbed to cancer 11/9/10. He was called Buddy by his friends.
