Debbie's Story
Hi classmates. It has been so long since I have talked to any of you. Worked for GAF on Ponca St for 25 years and when my husband and I both lost our jobs there we moved to Wild and Wonderful WV. We live in a log home and when the grandchildren sing over the river and through the woods to grandma's house we go, that is exactly how it is. Took alot to get used to but it is beautiful. Still working and spare time is spent with children and grandchildren and working at the local animal shelter. Spend alot of time on the road taking animals from the shelter to rescue groups who will get them adopted. When not saving animals, I ride with my husband on our 97 Road King. We meet up as often as possible with our son and his wife for charity and poker runs. Hoping to hear from you soon.

Oldest grandson, Kevin, is leaving on 2/4/11 for Ft Benning, GA for boot camp. He also told us this week that he is going to be a dad which will make my husband and I great grandparents. Wonder where we can find a little Harley shirt for a new born.

Sad news. Our 46 year old son-in-law passed suddenly. They believe it was a heart attack. Our grandson, Jamie, who is 8 knows what is going on but doesn't know. It is hard to answer his questions.

More sad news. Five days after our son in law passed, another young man in the family passed from a boating accident and then earlier this week our grandson's wife had a miscarriage. He is on his way home for 3 days on emergency leave.
