Debbie's Story
Life
Hi I was somewhat quiet in school, so I maybe hard to remember. I am a mother of 7. Yes I said 7. Not my intention but love it non the less. I had 4 with my 1st marriage-divorce and 3 with the second-struggling. The ages are 18(in Feb) girl, 17(in April)girl, 13 (since Dec) boy, 11(since June) boy, 4(since Oct) girl and twin boy girl 20 months old(may). I had a 5monthold stillborn girl a year and a month before the twins. Life has been okay it has been rough but whose hasn't with all the things going on in the world. My now husband is a work in progress and I think he wishes he would have thought things thru a little more before tackling me and the bunch. But we are working at it everyday. When it is good it is excellent. When it is bad it is almost unbearable. But he has grown a lot in the 4 1/2 yrs we have been married. My 1st marriage was nearly 15 yrs. and yes I met this husband before the last ended. All though I can honestly say he is not the reason for the divorce he did make me realize I was strong enough to do ...Expand for more
it. And it didn't end because of abuse just lies and just the growing apart from each other. We are not really friends but cordial. Still fighting him on the money bit that is owed. This is most of the battles with my now husband. But I am not a quitter and will keep up until things are taken care of even if the kids are 30 years old. But all and all the kids see their dad at least once a week and every other weekend. Well at least the boys the girls are a little ticked at him and a bit busy right now. We live in the country and we are neighbors from the ex. We are only a block away granted that block is 2 miles from driveway to driveway. But I do not tell the kids they can not see their dad at almost anytime.
I kind of miss the carefree days of school but I think I'm glad I'm not in them any more. When we were there they were so tough but now is tough too. I suppose we will look back and say it wasnn't so bad. At least some day.
Well I was just hoping to see who was around and to reminece a bit.
Talk to you soon.
