Debbie's Story
As an Air Force brat, I came to Novato in 1968 and attended Hill Jr. High and Novato High School. We lived in Rafael Village. My dad died at the end of my Jr. year (May 1973) and at the end of the school year, my mom and I moved to Wichita, KS. Culture shock!!!! After a miserable senior year in Kansas I did come back and met up with Karen Becklund and we join the class for the Sr. trip to Disneyland.
Divorced after 20 years of marriage I have two beautiful children, Evan (39) and Jenna (35...Expand for more
). I became a grandma in 2009 and now have 2 beautiful granddaughters, Lennon and Jetlyn.
After almost 30 years as a Sr. Manager with Boeing (Wichita, So Cal, Seattle) I retired and persued my passion by attending Le Cordon Bleu to become a trained Chef. I've had some exciting catering events in Seattle.
Currently enjoying some travel (post Covid) and planning a European adventure next year. My partner Tom and I follow Formula 1 and MotoGP so looking forward to some event coming up.
