Debbie Baughman:  

Since 1971 graduation, I attended NSU and got my Bachelors in Language Arts and later Social Studies in Education. Then I 1978' I completed my Masters in Counseling. I taught first inStilwell, (2 years), then was a counselor with the Cherokee Counseling Co-op (4 years). Next,I taught at Sequoyah HS (1 year), then taught at Coweta (5 years) and finally, taught and counseled with Tahlequah Alternative School (21 Years). I retired in June 2010 and spend my time taking care of my mom, keeping my grandchildrn here and there, helping out at the Food Pantrry, and campaigning for my son. I also co-owned/manged three different businesses throughout the years, including the Jiffy Stop (now Hit n Run),Sooner Fireworks, and Dogwood Saloon.
