Debbie's Story
Life
My husband and I have been married for 32 years. We have 2 sons. Danny is 28 and graduated from FSU with a degree in Sports Management, and earned his MBA at the University of Central Florida. He also works for us as Director of Marketing! He is married to a wonderful woman by the name of Naketrice, and they recently had their first child - our first grandchild. We are blessed with a precious Granddaughter. David is 22 and recently relocated to Los Angeles to pursue his career as a stand-up comedian and actor. He is loving California and has been very successful at getting lots of on-stage time doing his stand-up.
I continue to sing in my church choir - Windermere Union Church, United Church of Christ. My husband and I have our own company, Snow & Associates, Inc. Dennis is a keynote speaker, author and consultant. He just released his 3rd book - Unleashing Excellence: The Complete Guide to Ultimate Customer Service (2nd Edition). He travels all over the world working with companies that want to make excellent customer service part of the culture of their organization.
School

schools in high school - Mission Viejo and San Clemente in California, and West Orange in Florida. Of course, Mission Viejo feels most like home to me since I went to school with many of the same kids from 4th-10th grade.
Workplace
I started working at Walt Disney World in the summer of 1976. I continued working there for 22 years! During that time I worked in wardrobe, attractions (Country Bear Jamboree), Central Reservations, Horticulture (secretarial), Administrative Assistant to executives during construction of Disney-MGM Studios and Disney's Animal Kingdom.
It's hard to believe it's been 15 Years since I left Disney. Dennis and I have been running our own business for 14 years now. Dennis consults around the world on Customer Service and Leadership. I handle the office and administrative end of things. Our son, Danny, is our Director of Marketing. Dennis has published 3 business books, Lessons From the Mouse: A Guide for Applying Disney World's Secrets of Success to Your Organization, Your Career, and Your Life. His first book, Unleashing Excellence, was best selling, and now is out in its second edition.
