Life Dick (from Orting High School) and I retired to central Idaho in November 2007. Three children (2 girls, 1 boy) , six grandkids. Each of our children has 2 children each. We now have three horses; a Quarter Horse/Thoroughbred gelding and two Tennessee Walkers, one gelding and one mare, a hunting dog and 3 cats..... and I believe that is it for now, Our property buts up to 1/2 mile of creek, so we see an abundance of deer and turkeys walking through the property daily. Oh, and by the way, I have seen a wolf at the end of our driveway on a walk down the road (paved) and one evening we literally followed a male cougar running down the road toward our house for a 1/2 mile. It just gets your heart pumping with excitement being so close to wild animals. Traffic here is a car following a 4-wheeler down the road that had to slow down to wait for the 2 or 3 ...Expand for more
