Share my Story.. OK.. in HS I was fat and didn't have many friends.. to overcompensate, I was a class clown and most of the kids made fun of me.. that is what I remember.. the few friends I did have were some of the nerdish kids.. but they were Very sweet.. so.. advance 10 years.. to the first class reunion in 82.. I now had long blond hair and wore a size 1, did some modeling, pretty and with a handsome hubby..& a 2 year old son - attended the reunion in a limo.. (which in those days was not common) and dressed to kill.. no one knew who I was.. those who did stood whispering in the sidelines.. so there's that.. ;) Continue on.. mid to late 80's separated from hubby.. dated a SF Giants ball player 10 years younger than me.. for a bit.. went to work driving limo in San Jose .. for a man my mom's age.. fell in love.. in '90 he sold the business and we moved to Sedona AZ.. By 1992 we discovered goats at a petting zoo .. rescued 4 goats and the story starts there.. He got sick in early 95 , passed away in late 95.. in rural AZ with a teenage son, 4 dogs and 53 goats ...did what we needed to do to survive.. by 1999 we sold the property - hired a livestock hauler.. and moved 7 dogs and 153 goats from AZ to MO ... sight unseen - the first step I ever took in the state of MO was when I stepped out of the vehicle with the goats..
