Debbie's Story
Time to update the profile! I finally gave in and paid for a "real" membership, so I can finally see who has signed on my guestbook. It look me a long time to realize I couldn't see that without paying for the privilege!
Much has changed in my life. I'm still single. My kids are now 22 and 18. Jon is finishing (I hope) his last year at Ball State. Evan is now a freshman at Purdue. Jon's Marine unit is set to deploy next year; while he does not yet have orders in hand, it's progressing that way.
Evan will be going to boot camp about 3 weeks before Jon leaves for pre-deployment training. Both will be out at Camp Pendleton, so I hope Jon's CO's will give him time off to attend his bro's graduation; it will be the last time we see him for several months after that.

an into financial problems and laid me off in July of this year. Since the dry cleaning industry is basically in the toilet, I decided to re-group and decide what I REALLY want to do when I grow up. I've gone back to school (while collecting unemployment and living off savings for the time being) and am planning to go into nursing! (If Tom Kleinschmidt is around, he'll get a kick out of that.....)
I have a lovely condo in Lawrence...2 cats who actually own me, of course (I mean really...who owns cats???) I can't wait to hear from you! I also have a facebook page up/running....
Oh...one other thing. For those of you who were in an of the vocal groups at BRHS, Mrs. Paul is the choir director/organist and Cross & Crown Lutheran Church in Indy. I swear she looks just the same...and she sure ACTS the same!
