Life I was a crazy, throw caution to the wind teen. If only I knew then what I know now (can't we all say that :) My friends would probably be amazed at the way my life actually turned out. I live comfortably in a suburb of Seattle Washington with my husband and 4 children. I did have a career in sales & marketing but chose to be a stay at home mom after the birth of my 3rd child. My kids have taught me so much about what is important in life. They keep me young and up with the changing of generational changes. I love having the home where all of the teenagers hang out so I can make sure my daughters don't make the same mistakes I did. I am proud of my kids. My oldest daughter is a straight A student in college. My 18 year old daughter is graduating high school this year and doing very well. She is more artsy and very good at it. She and I go to a lot of fun (not too loud) concerts together. My boys and I, well we just have fun with soccer and exploring the world together. I homeschooled for a while and am considering doing it again. I see a huge difference in public school learning as opposed to teaching with love at home. School can be a very stressful and cruel place. Not to mention bad influences in abundance. As I grow older, I realize how much I miss my old acquaintances and how fast life is rushing by.
