I went to Florida after graduation and met the mann I married while I was down there. In 1975,I had a son, Steve and 2 years later a daughter Tracy. My husband passed away while my kids were young and I moved back home to the Detroit area. I moved up to Petoskey in 1997 and was the office manager for an appliance repair company. My employer had to retire and close the business in 2007 due to health issues. I went to work at Baywinds Inn as the front desk manager. I became office manager for another appliance repair company in April of 2007 and continued my part time front desk job. I was laid off from the appliance repair business in February of 2009. I am still working the part time front desk job hoping to be called back to work next Spring. My daughter moved up to Petoskey in 1999 and attended Northern Michigan Community College where she met the man she married 8/17/2002. She and her wonderful husband own their home in Gaylord. My son in law is the Manager for 2 retail stores. Tracy has attended college on and off and is now preparing to become a cosmetologist.
