Debera's Story
My days as a L.A. Roman were quite, like me, but busy. My one and only goal was to earn my diploma.
I was blessed with a daughter sent straight from heaven that has filled my life with joy and purpose. Everyone in my Early Childhood Education class fell in love with her, even Mr. Davey our instructor.
There are only a few Romans I keep in contact with; my siblings, Joann, Estelle, Sheometere, Michael, Keith (now deceased) and my dear friend Dayna.

ice, divorce once,promoted though the ranks of LAUSD (35yrs) and was able to go back to school earn 2 degrees(my daughter-L.A. Roman class of 89-and myself attended college at the same time. She at Howard Univ.89-94 and myself at Mission College-91 and University of Phoenix-2001.
I've done some traveling, Bangkok, Amsterdam, Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean. I'm making plans to travel to Botswana and Durbin in the near future.
I have four wonderful,intelligent and articulate grandsons ages, Malik, Jalil, Talib, and Seth. I would love to have a granddaughter to spoil, but boys are so cooool.
