Debi's Story
Life
After graduating from High School in Illinois and my parents moved to Vermont. And since I had rebelled against them for moving me from Michigan and did not have good grades the last year and a half, I did not apply for college at that time. In Vermont, I attended Champlain College and worked full time and on the side I was a ski instructor at Sugarbush. After having kids and with much pressure from my in-laws, we moved to Montgomery County Maryland to be closer to his family in Pennsylvania.
My Spouse:
We both worked for the same company in Vermont. He is a systems engineer and I was a computer operator at the time.
My Kids:

nd full of the adolescent attitude. Everyone says she is a miniature me, at least as far as looks. She certainly has a stubborn streak, but is very loving.
My Job:
I am business and technical analyst to add new web functionality to the Department of Education's Direct Student Loan program. It is very interesting to be on the program working on both the high level business issues with the Department as well as programming and technical level detail.
I also have been a volunteer ski patroller at Whitetail "Mountain" in PA, where I am known as the queen of the bumps and have even won several bump contest at my mountain for the woman's category. I also still race, just once a year in my mountain's Heros of the Hill relay race. So far my team is undefeated. I also am a skiing and toboggan instructor for the National Ski Patrol.
