Life
Life has been good to me for the most part, yes, there have been those tests (they sure didn't tell us about them in high school!). However, now at 49, 3 grown daughters and 4 grandkids I have NO complaints!! I absolutely love my family - they have been my life. My career has been busy (working as an accountant until recently and now am in real estate). But it has been a challenge on occasion as a working Mom and divorced for 17 years (longer than the 12 years I was married to John Jackson). Many of you knew John and his brother David from Skinner Jr High. John passed away last year, right at the time of our 30 year reunion, of which I so wanted to go to but found...Expand for more
myself pretty bummed about his death. Our daughters took his passing pretty hard (as I did) but he went out in typical Jackson style (wild and crazy). I have traveled the U.S. alot and am looking forward to retiring in about 3 years with my husband to be. We plan on having a homebase here in Colorado during the winter, but will be traveling any & everywhere in the spring/summer/fall. We have 2 Harleys and ride free in the wind every chance we get. I refuse to grow up (why?) and enjoy each and every day with a smile on my face and peace in my soul. Hope everyone has enjoyed thier lives as much as I have.
