Debi's Story
Life
I am still in Martinsville,working for DMV 21 years. I am teaching Motor Carrier (heavy vehicles) to fellow state employees all over the state. I am a certified Commercial Driver License Examiner (tractor-trailers, large trucks, buses, hazardous materials), as well as a certified Driver License Examiner. Love what I do. Was married for 20 years, left, and have just become divorced after a four year battle in court. I have two children. My oldest is a daughter, Tanya, who will be 21 Christmas Eve. She is wonderful. professor. She works part time at one of her grandfather's stores which is located in the old Sidney's building. My son, Fred III, (Trey), will be 17 in October. He is attending Martinsville and plays first string football and basketball. He is 6'1 and looks just like his mom. He continues to show horses all over the nation sucessfully. I love to travel every opportunity I get and have developed a real love for the Bahamas. I love the lake, (Smith Mtn.) and go there frequently. Just had my hair hi-lited for the first time in my life. I love being unpredictable and always making some kind of statement. Looking forward to us all getting together again at some point in time.
