OK, I hope you all realize I am doing this because I did not see ANY information about anyone in the profiles. If you may recall, I am the short, little red-head (and some of you thought I had a big mouth). Anyway, I was divorced 14 years(bad idea to marry at 19) but I have 2 children from that marriage. They are now 22 & 20 yrs. old. Boy, now I know what my parents went through. Never again! Anyway, I am working at BlueCross (yes, one of those nasty insurance companies) and have been there 14 years. I do a have a "boyfriend" (kinda old to be calling "my man" a boyfriend, but I can't think of a better word). I met him over the internet. I know, I know, bad idea. But, sometimes you have to take a chance, you know? OOPS!!! We have now been married almost a year! :) So, let's see, I've lived in Springfield for 17 yrs now. And I don't know about any of you, but it was not any more fun going thru their teen yrs. than it was going thru mine. Not that I never had fun, but it wasn't all a bed of roses. Update 12/2008
Well, Bill & I have been married for 5 1/2 yrs, now. We've bought a house, first one for both of us. My daughter is married with 2 step-children & one daughter of her own. She's 2 1/2 now, and I still can't believe I'm a grandma. I guess I just never expected it. So, one of these days you will see me as one of those little old gray-haired grannies who can barely see over the steering wheel while driving the car. :) My son is getting married in July, 2009. And I'm still working at Blue Cross. So everyone here is doing A-OK.
