Deborah's Story
Well, a lot has happened in my life since graduating from Moon Valley High School, some good and some not so good! Rather than cover all the boring details, I'll just go with "my life at present"!!
I have three wonderful adult children; a son & two daughters. They are my purpose in life, along with my three granddaughters and
six grandsons!! I also have two great son-in-laws :)
As for me personally, I am single; I have not been "lucky in love" OR I just make poor choices!! 😕 I have been married twice and divorced twice. 😬
I enrolled in online classes at the University of Phoenix, for two years, with the intention of attaining a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Human Resources. Unfortunately, circumstances arose that prevented me from continuing the online classes, but you never know, I may still achieve it; I may be 80 years old when I do, ...Expand for more
but attaining the goal is what matters!!! 🎓
My son owns a residential nursing home; I perform administrative tasks for him (i.e., bookkeeping, payroll, human resources & caregiving). Prior to that, I was the Human Resources Director at an assisted living & skilled nursing facility for 10 years.
I have been fortunate to do some traveling in the US & abroad with a male friend & others; some traveling was by cruise ship & other by air.
In high school, I had an appaloosa horse that I trained & showed at horse shows. In later years, I dated a man with paint horses & had the pleasure of riding with a group that planned monthly trail rides & other activities. In addition, my younger sister had horses & property up north where we rode in the cool pines. 🐴
Over the last five years, I have learned to country dance which I really enjoy; it's fun & great exercise.
