I married my husband Larry Mininger 1 month before I graduated. 8 years later we went to Bible College and have pastored in California for 15 years. We now live in Tallinn, Estonia (Eastern Europe) as missionaries. We have been here ...Expand for more
since January of 1991 while they were still Soviet Union. We own a home here and have planted many churches throughout Russia, Ukraine and Estonia. We have 3 children, Tammy, Shawna and Joshua and 2 grandchildren, Ezekiel and Spencer.
