Deborah's Story
Wow - almost 43 years out of high school! Retired from a career in the public sector in January of 2008. Ended as Director of Labor Relations for the NYS Tax Dept. Loved the job and still do some part-time work for the Governor's Office of Employee Relations.
Was married for about 6 years - we still get along. No kids. He's remarried, I'm not. I have a guy friend (for almost 30 years now), but I live alone ... happily.

big in-ground pool out back. There's enuf room to stretch out, play bocci, plant some flowers, take a swim and tend a pretty good-sized vegetable/herb garden every Spring.
I'm a potter, I scrapbook, I've held a few cooking classes in my home, I'm an amateur photographer, I entertain my friends on a pretty regular basis and my latest passion is poker (No Limit Texas Hold'em).
I just celebrated my 61st birthday and I'm loving the hell out of being retired. Life is good!!!
