Deborah's Story
Life
My best childhood memory is grade school in Maysville, KY. I went to a small elementary in Washington, had a few close friends and was a cheerleader. I would have gone to Mason County High School but we moved long before that to Cincinnati. I started high school at Princeton in Cincinnati and moved the middle of my freshman year. I ran around with Rebecca Ritter. I then went to George Washington High in Charleston, WV. I mainly ran around with Nancy Weaver and Fran Morgan, both a year older than me and dated David Wright from Charleston HS. uated in 1970 from there. In 1972 i moved to Kalamazoo, MI where i got married to Gary Shaw(he graduated from Comstock HS in '67 and passed away in 2000), we have 1 daughter (who is now 29, married Oct 10, 2009 to Drew Stewart who also graduated from Comstock). I moved to Heath, Ohio in Apr '07 to take care of my Mom and be near my daughter, brother and sister-in-law. Stephanie and Drew had twin boys on 2-17-12. As soon as Steph returned to work, i started babysitting the twins. So, that's my full-time job and i can tell you the 'pay' is wonderful. I'm enjoying living in a condo and am secretary for our Association board. Keeps me busy.
