Deborah's Story
Life
I finally finished my degree--I am now "Dr. Deb"--and relocated to North Carolina. I am Director of Writing and an assistant professor of English at St. Andrews Presbyterian College in Laurinburg.

n their own--I have only my youngest, Lily, here with me. I spent almost 30 years helping to manage farms in NJ and NY. I most recently lived in Narragansett RI while working on my PhD, and taught at the University of Rhode Island, Rhode Island College, and Roger Williams U.
My plans for the future? Working till I'm 80 so I can pay off my student loans.
